Christine Allmand is the Broker/Owner of Mighty Oak Properties. A licensed real estate broker since December 2025, Christine and her husband, John, have been real estate investors and hands-on property owners for more than 15 years, personally owning and managing over 20 long-term rental properties.
After years of working with large property management companies that often felt impersonal and difficult to reach, Christine saw an opportunity to create something different. She envisioned a company that prioritized clear communication, responsiveness, and a more personal approach to serving both property owners and tenants.
After partnering with Amanda Powell to oversee day-to-day operations, that vision became Mighty Oak Properties – a boutique property management company rooted in integrity, accessibility, and hands-on service.
As Broker/Owner, Christine focuses on financial oversight, owner relationships, and ensuring that every property is managed with the same care and attention she would expect for her own investments.
Christine has lived in Jacksonville since 2004 and is a proud mother of four. Her passion for real estate investing and commitment to community guide her belief that great property management should create a positive experience for both owners and residents.
Amanda’s career in property management began more than twenty years ago, built on a foundation of hard work, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to caring for people and their homes.
Over the years, she gained deep experience overseeing residential portfolios, leading teams, and creating systems that kept properties running smoothly and clients feeling supported. Her path took a meaningful turn when she began managing Christine and John’s personal properties. What started as a working relationship quickly grew into a shared vision for a better, more personal approach to property management, and from that shared vision, Mighty Oak Properties took root – a boutique firm centered on integrity and hands-on service.
Her commitment didn’t stop there. Amanda recently became a REALTOR®, expanding the ways she can support clients through every stage of property ownership. Whether managing a home, guiding an investment, or helping someone navigate a sale or purchase, she brings the responsiveness, integrity, and personal touch that define Mighty Oak.
Beyond her career, she’s a proud wife and mother, a strong supporter of local businesses, and a loyal Jacksonville Jaguars fan – through every season.
